Velyne Paris limits data collection to what is necessary to operate the store, respond to requests and fulfil orders.

Data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your contact details, shipping and billing addresses, order information, customer-service communications, technical connection data and consent preferences. Full payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not disclosed to us.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Order fulfilment: payment, preparation, delivery, returns and after-sales service.
  • Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, fraud prevention and responses to authorised public authorities.
  • Legitimate interests: website security, reasonable service improvement and the protection of our rights.

Recipients

Data is shared only with necessary service providers: Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, carriers, customer-service tools and, for directly shipped orders, the logistics partner or supplier responsible for dispatch. That party receives only the information required for delivery. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers and retention

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards required by the GDPR. Accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or, at the latest, after three years without interaction, unless a legal obligation or evidence-retention requirement applies.

Your rights
