Delivery areas

Delivery is available only in the regions shown at checkout. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, it is not currently served.

Processing and delivery

For mainland France, the estimated total delivery time is 8 to 13 business days from the order date, including processing. This is an estimate; any more precise timeframe shown at checkout takes priority. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after confirmation.

Tracked delivery in mainland France costs €3.90 and is free for orders of €44 or more. Rates for other destinations are always displayed before payment.

Products may be shipped directly by a logistics partner selected by Velyne Paris. Customers retain the same legal rights, and Velyne Paris remains their contractual point of contact.

Tracking, address and delivery issues

Tracking details are provided as soon as they are available. Customers must verify their address before completing the order. In case of a significant delay, a parcel marked as delivered but not received, damage or an error, contact us through the Velyne Paris contact form. We will investigate and provide the legally applicable solution: redelivery, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Any applicable duties and taxes are shown or included according to the information provided before payment. No unannounced additional cost will be intentionally imposed upon delivery.
