DELIVERY AREAS

Delivery is offered only to the countries or regions available at checkout. A destination that does not appear at checkout is not currently served.

RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• Metropolitan France: tracked delivery €3.90, free from €44; estimated total delivery time 8 to 13 business days, including processing.
• European Union: tracked delivery €3.90, free from €59; estimated total delivery time 8 to 13 business days, including processing.
• Other available international destinations: tracked delivery €5.90, free from €79; estimated total delivery time 8 to 18 business days, including processing.

More precise amounts and delivery estimates shown at checkout take priority. Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be delivered no later than thirty days after confirmation.

PROCESSING AND DIRECT SHIPPING

Products may be prepared and shipped directly by a logistics partner selected by Velyne Paris. Products from the same order may exceptionally arrive in separate parcels, without any unannounced additional charge. Velyne Paris remains the seller, the customer’s point of contact and the party responsible for proper performance of the order.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS

Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available. Customers must verify their name, address, postcode, country and contact details before placing an order. If an error is reported before processing, Velyne Paris will make reasonable efforts to correct it, but cannot guarantee a change once shipment has begun.

DELAY, DAMAGE OR NON-DELIVERY

In the event of a significant delay, a parcel marked as delivered but not received, damage or an error, please promptly contact Velyne Paris through the contact form and provide the order number and useful evidence. Velyne Paris will investigate and provide the remedy required by law: redelivery, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

The price, shipping charges and available information about applicable taxes or duties are shown before payment. Velyne Paris will not knowingly impose unannounced additional charges. Where a destination may involve local formalities or amounts not collected at checkout, that information must be provided before the order is placed.
