Terms of sale
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — VERSION DATED 5 SEPTEMBER 2026
1. SELLER AND SCOPE
These terms govern distance sales of goods made through Velyne Paris to consumers. The seller is BATHILY Kurtis, a sole trader operating Velyne Paris, identified in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@velyneparis.fr or the website contact form.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION
Essential characteristics, price, available variants, warnings, charges and the applicable delivery estimate are presented before an order is placed. Photographs illustrate the product, but minor colour differences caused by screens do not constitute a defect. The wellness devices offered are not medical devices and no medical claim is made.
3. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
Prices displayed for the French market are stated in euros, including tax where applicable, excluding delivery charges shown before payment. Any discount is applied under the conditions stated on the website. For an international destination, the final price, currency, delivery charges and available information about possible duties or taxes are shown before the order is placed.
4. ORDERS
The customer selects the product and variant, reviews the cart, provides the required information, reviews these terms and confirms the order using a button indicating an obligation to pay. Information can be corrected before confirmation. The order is confirmed by email after payment is accepted. Velyne Paris may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, actual unavailability or a legal inability to deliver; any amount collected will then be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed by the providers displayed at checkout. Velyne Paris does not receive the full payment-card number. Ownership of the product passes after full payment, without limiting the transfer of risk to the consumer as provided by law.
6. AVAILABILITY AND DROPSHIPPING FULFILMENT
Stock levels are supplier information that may be synchronised and can change. Some products are prepared and shipped directly by a logistics partner. Velyne Paris remains the seller, the customer’s point of contact and the party responsible for proper performance, conformity, safety, tracking and after-sales service.
7. DELIVERY
Applicable areas, rates and estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. The delivery estimate shown before ordering binds the seller. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than thirty days after the order is confirmed. In the event of delay or non-delivery, consumers have the remedies provided by consumer law.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have fourteen calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify their decision to withdraw without giving a reason, followed by fourteen days to return the goods. Notice may be sent through the contact form or to contact@velyneparis.fr using an unambiguous statement. Procedures, return costs, statutory exceptions and refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy. The refund includes the original standard delivery charge where required by law and may be withheld until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is provided.
9. STATUTORY WARRANTIES
Velyne Paris is liable for defects in conformity existing at delivery under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Consumers have two years from delivery to act and may request repair or replacement, subject to statutory conditions; failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract may be available in the cases provided by law. The statutory guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty.
Consumers also benefit from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. They may choose cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price in accordance with Article 1644 and must act within the statutory time limits.
To exercise a warranty, contact Velyne Paris with the order number and a description of the issue. No cost required to bring goods into conformity will be imposed on the consumer.
10. SAFETY AND USE
Customers must follow the instructions, warnings, limits of use and charging, cleaning and storage guidance provided with the product and on its page. They must stop using the product in the event of an abnormality or discomfort and contact Velyne Paris. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Processing related to orders, payment, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention and legal obligations is described in the Privacy Policy. Only data necessary for performance is shared with the relevant providers, including Shopify, payment providers, the carrier and logistics partner.
12. COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION
Any complaint must first be submitted to Velyne Paris through the contact form or to contact@velyneparis.fr in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
A consumer mediator cannot be validly appointed until an agreement has been signed. The mediator’s name, address and website will be inserted here immediately after signature. This statement neither appoints a mediator nor removes the statutory obligation: the agreement must be concluded before commercial launch.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
French law applies, without depriving a consumer residing in another country of any more protective mandatory provisions available there. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
