Terms and Conditions of Sale — version dated 25 August 2026

These terms govern sales made through the Velyne Paris store to consumers. Full legal identification details for the store operator will be published in the Legal Notice before sales effectively open.

Products and information

Essential characteristics, price, availability and applicable delivery times are presented before an order is placed. Wellness devices offered are not medical devices, and no medical claim is made without appropriate evidence and qualification.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed in euros, including applicable taxes, excluding any delivery charges shown before confirmation. An order becomes final after payment is accepted and confirmation is sent. Velyne Paris may cancel and refund an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, actual unavailability, suspected fraud or a legal inability to deliver.

Delivery

Delivery methods and timeframes are set out in the Shipping Policy. The use of a dropshipping or logistics partner does not reduce customer rights: Velyne Paris remains responsible for proper fulfilment of the order.

Withdrawal, returns and guarantees

The 14-day right of withdrawal, its procedures and refunds are detailed in the Refund Policy. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects apply under the conditions provided by law.

Liability

Customers must follow all instructions, warnings and charging, use and cleaning guidance. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Data and intellectual property

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Store text, visuals, branding and content may not be reproduced without permission, except where allowed by law.

Complaints, mediation and applicable law

For any complaint, use the Velyne Paris contact form. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Registration with a consumer mediator is in progress; its contact details will be added before the first sale. Until that information and the legal identification details are complete, no product should be activated for sale.
