Right of withdrawal

For a distance sale to a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. Contact us through the Velyne Paris contact form. You then have 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and, where possible, its packaging. You may handle it only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature and operation. Any loss in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted within the limits permitted by law.

Return costs for a simple withdrawal are your responsibility. Velyne Paris covers them when the product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match the order.

Refunds

The refund covers all amounts due, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law, and is made using the original payment method. It is issued no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product is recovered or proof of dispatch is provided.

Defective or non-conforming products

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description and, where possible, photographs. Rights under the two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects remain fully applicable. No charge will be imposed for bringing a product into conformity as required by law.

Exceptions

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only when their conditions are genuinely met and disclosed before purchase, including certain sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. This exception is never used to remove rights relating to a defect or lack of conformity.
